Eligibility for Refund: 

  1. You may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be in their original condition or close to their original condition. Excessive wear and tear, damage, or stains may affect your eligibility for a refund. 
  3. All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection to determine their eligibility for a refund.

Refund Process: 

  1. Once we receive your returned products, they will be inspected to verify their condition. 
  2. If the returned products meet our refund eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. 
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  
  4. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions: 

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
