Overview

Thank you for purchasing our feather flags and poles. We are committed to providing high-quality products and legendary customer service. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 12-month warranty on our swooper feather flag poles.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the 12-month warranty period, we will replace or repair, at no cost to you, any part of the product that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship.

What is Covered?

• Broken Poles: If a pole breaks under normal usage conditions, it will be replaced free of charge.
• Ripped Flags: If a flag rips under normal usage conditions, it will be replaced free of charge.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Damage caused by improper installation or use contrary to the product instructions.
• Normal wear and tear, including fading of colors due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
